All Sales Are Final
Please note that all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order and will be issued as store credit only. After the 24-hour window, cancellations cannot be accommodated, and all orders will be processed as confirmed.

Bespoke & Custom Orders
All bespoke, made-to-order, customised, or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that:
- Have been made to order or customised
- Have been engraved
- Show any signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale and non-returnable.
